Estado de Santa Catarina, 9 de setembro de 2026.
As Entidades que subscrevem esta nota oficial, legítimas representantes dos setores produtivos do Estado de Santa Catarina, expressam estarrecimento diante da sucessão de episódios que, ao longo das últimas semanas, vêm evidenciando a total corrosão dos alicerces do Estado, fazendo com que a sensação de desânimo, insegurança e descrença alcance níveis nunca vistos e extremamente perigosos.
Simplesmente não aguentamos mais conviver com suspeitas diárias e recorrentes de corrupção, privilégios, decisões, conchavos e omissões que admitem tratamentos diferentes conforme a posição, o poder ou a influência de cada personagem envolvido.
Afinal, a lei vale ou não para todos? A cada dia que passa e a cada revelação que surge, o que parece é que esse princípio básico de uma civilização moderna é, entre nós, uma grande peça de ficção.
Ocorre que os cidadãos de bem (em geral) e os setores produtivos por nós representados (em particular) honram suas obrigações legais todo santo dia. Acordam cedo, correm riscos, pagam tributos, mantêm empregos, geram renda e oportunidades e, apesar de tudo, mantêm a economia de pé.
Se é verdade que o poder emana do povo, então é hora de agir.
A sociedade exige o cumprimento rigoroso da lei, sem favorecimentos, distinções ou privilégios a quem quer que seja. Chega de usarem o maldito “veja bem”, que deturpa a realidade e faz do corrupto confesso uma suposta vítima inocente.
A sociedade exige que as instituições existam para servir ao povo e que elas precisam, com urgência, recuperar a credibilidade perdida — demonstrando, na prática, que a legalidade não tem lado.
A sociedade exige que o combate à corrupção se dê por prevenção, transparência, fortalecimento institucional e responsabilização efetiva de corruptos e corruptores. Nenhuma nação se sustenta quando nem mesmo o básico é respeitado.
A sociedade exige que os atos lesivos à Administração Pública sejam investigados e sancionados de maneira técnica, imparcial e proporcional, como manda a lei. Afinal, ela é bancada pelo suor de todos nós.
Este é um grito de alerta que não individualiza condutas, não cita nomes e não se dirige a qualquer pessoa ou grupo específico. Assim o fazemos motivadas pelo legítimo sentimento de que precisamos, de uma vez por todas, virar a página da tolerância com a impunidade e restabelecer serenidade, firmeza, respeito à democracia e absoluta observância da lei, sob pena de não termos mais um Brasil a chamar de nosso.
Vamos passar o Brasil a limpo. JÁ!
